Register for an Account  

  • Select “My Account” at the top right of any website page to register for an account or log in;

  • Your user name will automatically be registered as the email address you enter when setting up your account;

  • Passwords should be complex and include upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.


PLEASE NOTE: Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards will not work for payment of online orders. When attempting to pay for an order with an FSA card, the payment will “fail” and will not go through, preventing the order from being filled. Please use a regular credit or debit card for order payments and submit your invoice/receipt to your FSA administrator for reimbursement from your FSA account.


Order Changes and/or Cancellations

  • New orders can be changed or cancelled if contact with our Customer Service Department is made before your products have been shipped. Please call 913.948.9506 if you need to adjust your order. 

  • Auto-ship orders can be cancelled anytime, but orders already in process prior to the cancellation notice will be shipped and will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Auto-ship subscription orders will reflect the next auto-ship date on order summary and invoicing paperwork.

  • Please make note of future auto-ship dates, and log into your account to adjust your subscription order prior to the next ship date  if you wish to put your subscription on hold or cancel your subscription.


Manage Your Account Online

If you have an ongoing auto-ship subscription order in place (or for future orders), it’s very important to remember to update your account billing information if:

  • You have moved and you have a new address;

  • Your credit card billing address has changed;

  • Your credit card on file has been compromised and you have a new replacement card and number;

  • Your credit card expiration date has changed;

  • You wish to change credit card information on file and input new credit card information.


Auto-ship Subscription Order Changes That Can Be Made Through Your Online Account:

  • Place your subscription order on hold and remove  hold at a later date (this will change the renewal date for future orders to the date the subscription order is reactivated);

  • “Switch” a subscription order to change the products being sent on a regular basis as part of your subscription, i.e. change from a chew-able multivitamin to a capsule multivitamin, etc.;

  • Cancel a subscription order.
